Connections
Making mental connections is our most crucial learning tool, the essence of human intelligence; to forge links; to go beyond the given; to see patterns, relationships, context.

I've been dealing with panic attacks for years.  I experienced them myself when I was in junior high school.  They were bad.... so, so bad, and I had NO IDEA what they were. I was too afraid to tell anyone thinking that I would be put in a mental institution.  I eventually learned how to get rid of them myself without anyone's help.

Years later, after I was married, my hubby started having them.  He too, eventually learned how to deal with them.  But after the birth of our second child, my daughter started having extreme problems with them at a very young age. She ended up being hospitalized twice and was put on many meds.  After years of dealing with trying to help her, I finally got her off those HORRIBLE meds!  She came back to life and we're now living peacefully and healthfully.

Please get the right info you need to deal w/ anxiety and panic attacks.  Don't rely on meds... they will turn on you and make everything worse in the long run.  YOU CAN LEARN TO GET RID OF THEM.  There is a light at the end of the dark tunnel.

About Cathi Boswell
I was born Catherine Sue Dawson in Denton, TX July 23, 1962. I am now Cathi Boswell living in the Nashville, TN area creating a brand new life and loving every excruciating and delicious minute of it.  My close friends call me "Cat" and some like to refer to me as "Kit Cat". The connections I've made in my life continue to bring me the greatest joy, satisfaction, and surprising twists and turns that continue to astound me and make me laugh.

I am a resident of "The Island of the Misfit Toys" and a perfecter of malleable moments.  In my spare time, and when I can find the work, I am a voice actor for radio, tv, and audio books. It's great fun w/ great pay, but the real work is FINDING the work.  I have two children who are spectacular beings of light  who often frustrate and delight me at the same time.
